If you’re visiting New York, here are my top picks, places you absolutely must visit.
CHELSEA MARKET
Of course, you can’t visit NYC without stopping by the famous Chelsea Market!
First, we grab a nice tea or coffee, pausing along the way to admire the lovely flowers at “Mrs. Bloom.”
Next, we are transported by the colors and aromas of global spices at “Spices and Tease.”
The journey continues to Morocco at “Imports From Marrakesh,” a shop that feels just like an authentic Moroccan souk.
We also make a quick detour to the “Artists & Fleas” market to admire the work of various artisans.
BROOKLYN
On Saturday, we visited Brooklyn.
We started by crossing the Brooklyn Bridge, taking our time to admire the view of Manhattan.
A stop at the “Brooklyn Flea” in Fort Greene was a must. We found real treasures there and met some wonderful people—all under sunny skies!
We then headed back, passing by the iconic brownstones.
